TMS TRAINING INSTITUTE’s
philosophy has always been to make TMS Therapy accessible to larger number of
patients by actively involving the psychiatrist in the process. We have
recently expanded our services to the Our TMS TRAINING INSTITUTE open its doors on October 1st, 2012.
Now, as a psychiatrist, you can be
part of Central California TMS Center as an affiliate member! Doctors can be
trained and certified in TMS Therapy for depression so they can personally
administer the treatment to their patients at depression so they can personally

Central California TMS Centers will provide the following:
·
Specific time slots to use NeuroStar TMS System
·
TMS Coordinator assistance
·
Office space for initial Consultations and follow up
clinical evaluations
·
Periodic administration of depression survey scales
to monitor clinical progress
·
Administrative services (i.e. billing, collections,
mailing patient paperwork)
·
TMS reports including: TMS session reports,
chronological overview, clinical progress graphs, and charts
·
On-site psychiatric supervision
The process is simple
1.Doctor
identifies candidate for TMS Therapy. Doctor makes sure patient meets TMS protocol
requirements regarding previous medication and CBT treatment.
2.Doctor
either completes and documents own TMS evaluation, or refer to our center for
the same purpose. A written prescription for TMS Therapy is given to patient if
indicated.
3.If patient
is appropriate for TMS Therapy, patient and spouse will meet with our Finance
Coordinator to discuss insurance coverage and appeals process or other forms of
payment.
4.Upon
financial agreement, Doctor schedules Motor Threshold session (1.5hrs) with
patient.
5.Patient is
then scheduled for subsequent TMS sessions daily form Monday-Friday.
6.Doctor maintains
verbal or personally contact as needed with TMS coordinator during TMS
treatment sessions.
